How to be happy: a Bible study

In Isaiah, God writes, "With joy you will draw water from the wells of salvation." (Isaiah 12:3). God wants us to be happy. It is simple: when you pray, He fills your heart with the joy of Jesus. Seek wisdom, and serve God. When you serve God, God gives you favour and gladness. So rejoice; you are God's child, and you were made in His image.
Ways to be happy: exercise. Choose a sport. There is an inner-athlete in everyone. The pain of soorness after a long workout will fill you with joy. For me, it is gymnastics, running, weight lifting, and body weight exercises.
Eat healthy, beyond organic food. On earth, organic food has a small amount of pesticide on it, just not as much as non organic food. In heaven, it's all organic. On earth, animal meat causes cancer, but in heaven, meat isn't made from animals and has no hormones or chemicals or GMOs. I just don't like the taste of meat, except for seafood.
Seek God's wisdom. Look in the Holy Bible for happiness. Jesus writes, "If you are lost, God will find you" (Luke 19:10). In a different version, God writes, "For the Son of Man came to seek and save the lost." (Luke 19:10). All versions are written by God, but prophets (men and women and boys and girls) wrote it, so there are some mistakes, especially in the Gideons Bible.
God doesn't pick favorites. Realize that He loves you exactly the way you are, and that He will never give up on you, and you will never be empty. Ask Jesus's Spirit to come into your heart, and your soul will leap like a dove, and you'll fly (metaphorically, unless you're a faerie, angel, or archangel) on wings like Eagles. In LOTR, an Eagle rescues Gandalf.
Jesus writes, "What shall I do? I will send my Son, whom I love; perhaps they will respect Him" (Luke 20:13). This is a parable, but there's a double meaning: Yahweh sending His Son Jesus to Earth to save the lost, cure the wicked and draw them to repentance. Some people think evil makes them happy, but they are deluded, and deep inside they hate themselves for what they do. God gives everyone goodness - and goodness brings happiness.
God wants us to be sincere and genuine and happy and loving. He doesn't call the prepared - He prepares the called. We are all called to repentance and love and happiness. We are called to a long journey to find our real family (God's family).
God writes, "What we meditate on is what takes root." So put your mind on faith, love, calm, peace, joy, and happiness. Focus on how the floor feels on your back, if you're laying down, or on your butt, if you're sitting. Focus on all the sounds you hear. Focus on your breath, but don't try to control it. Shout peacefully, "Breath of God, breathe on me." Meditate on family.  Meditation will bring you peace, and peace will give you true happiness. Don't drink alcohol: it brings you false happiness, lust, and later, emptiness.
Serve others too, secretly. God says to do good works in your closet, so only God can see. God writes, "No one should seek their own good, but the good of others" (1 Corinthians 10:24). Other people will help you, then. We are all one big family. When we love, we explode with joy and peace. On the other hand, denying yourself and your "self" (and not being aloud to have one) is a buddhist thought, and buddhism is evil. God wants us to be free and happy.
God also gives us powers. The Bible says, "....to another miraculous powers [like superstrength and superspeed and flight and superhearing and superhight], to another prophecy" (1 Corintheans 12:10). He also gives us discernment, to tell who is christian, who is good, who is evil, who is a demon, who has a body, who has love, etc. Discernment between good and evil. It is all the work of Jesus.
If you want to be happy, remember that love is the most important thing to focus on.1 Corintheans 12 explains love. God says, "If I do not have love, I gain nothing" (1 Corinthians 13:3c). Love protects, trusts, hopes, perseveres, doesn't envy, doesn't hold grudges. Let go. God wants us to be like children: to have creative joy. Creativity can give you happiness.
Alcohol and tobacco and meth and heroin and cocaine can't give you real happiness. Later, you will be depressed and sick. Avoid those, and choose ganja instead. It's not a drug: it's an herb and a flower. Vaporize it: you don't want to inhale glass or wood. Use a hemp vaporizor. It helps us talk with God, it helps us meditate, and it helps us love more, and therefore makes us happy.

Thats all for now. Love,
Rebecca xoxoxo <3 :)
